To delete your Sony Rewards account, log into the website and go to the My account section. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Delete My Sony Rewards Account, and follow the steps on the screen. You can also delete your Sony Rewards account in the mobile app by logging in and going to the Profile section. Even though a merchant or some of the items a merchant sells may appear to fit within a certain merchant classification category, the merchant may not have an MCC in that category. Log into the website and go to the My account section. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Delete My Sony Rewards Account, and follow the steps on the screen.
