The Sony Rewards program will end on December 31, 2024.What does this mean for me?
• You can continue to use your Sony and PlayStation® Visa® Credit Cards to make purchases and earn points in the Sony Rewards program through December 31, 2024, which is the last day to redeem those points for items in the Sony Rewards catalog.
• After December 31, 2024, a new credit card rewards program will be provided by Comenity Bank and any unredeemed points after Sony Rewards ends will be transferrable to their new rewards program.
• You don't need to do anything right now. Your credit card will continue to work, and Comenity Bank will provide more information on their new program in the coming months - including how to earn, access, and redeem rewards earned through your credit card after Sony Rewards ends.

No, only members with Sony Rewards points in their account can redeem for an item in the Sony Rewards catalog.
Yes. There are many digital gift cards available for redemption; we no longer offer physical gift cards in the Sony Rewards catalog. Digital gift cards offer the same great value and convenience and you will receive a digital gift card via email to the email address on your account. The sender of the email after you redeem your points for a digital gift card will be Rewarddelivery@HawkMarketplace.com. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive an email with the digital code and allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
Digital gift cards typically ship within 48 hours and will be delivered to the email address listed on your Sony Rewards account. The sender of the email will be Rewarddelivery@HawkMarketplace.com. Please check your spam/junk folders if you did not receive an email.
Before December 31, 2024, you can access your Code from the Sony Rewards website or mobile app. You will receive an email from donotreply@member.sonyrewards.com with instructions on how to access the code or you can login to your account and follow these steps:

Even though a merchant or some of the items a merchant sells may appear to fit within a certain merchant classification category, the merchant may not have an MCC in that category. MCCs are assigned by Visa®.
Cardholders will continue to earn points for Sony Store purchases made with their credit card. Additional bonus points earned for linking your Sony Store account to Sony Rewards are no longer available for any purchases made after June 20, 2024.

Cardholders will continue to earn points for purchases made on Movies Anywhere with their credit card. However, account linking and any bonus points for account linking are no longer available.
A flat shipping charge will be applied to all physical Sony electronics. If a redemption includes multiple items, the highest shipping rate will be automatically applied. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
You can check the status of your order on the Sony Rewards website and in the Sony Rewards mobile app. Log into the website, click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner, and select My account. From here you can click on Orders. You can also log into the mobile app, tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner, and then you can scroll down to view Recent Orders.
