To apply for a PlayStation® Card issued by Comenity Bank, you must: Be at the age of majority in your state or territory, have a valid government-issued photo ID, have a valid government issued tax identification number (such as a SSN or SIN), and have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address. We do not accept PO Box mailing addresses.

You agree that this application and any information you submit to Comenity Bank may be shared with and retained by Sony Electronics Inc. and that by applying for the PlayStation® Card, you will be signing up, if you are not already a registered member, to be a member of the Sony Rewards program.

We need your mobile phone number to text your temporary shopping pass information. If approved, you will be able to use your account for online shopping purchases today. The temporary shopping pass can only be saved to your digital wallet when using an iPhone device.
