Great TV, Color, sound
growing up always had a Sony TV. Somewhere Sony dropped the ball and the colors and quality was not the same and then samsung came along and I made the switch to samsung after being with Samsung for some 15 years. We bought there new 75" crystal UHD 2020 TV and oh boy what a mistake nothing but the issues BB replace the tv and the replacement tv had more and different problems.After keep calling samsung and multiple hard reset of the TV i did not had it in me to keep reseting the tv and calling tech support. Spoke to BB store manager and talking to there samsung bestbuy rep.( who tried to sell me the last years samsung TV model and then a display model) during the conversation he and the store manager mentioned samsung is the highest returning product. After that I checked couple of reviews on BB site and then i told them I don't want another samsung just switch the TV to Sony and that was the BEST decision.No problem with the TV,Sony TV's colors are amazing and quality and the features are way better then Samsung.
Sony have turned around and have made the difference for what it was 10 or 12 years ago. I am glad we made the switch to Sony, we are loving our new TV.
