Rated 1 out of 5 by from Launching TV in US without support for spare parts Sony launched this TV in USA market on Feb 2020 but important spares like main panel not available even to this month of May 2020. Customers are not warned about this by sony sales representatives. Parts like main panel are charged more than the actual product. Glad sony is not making commercial vehicles. Also think before buying any new product from Sony OR spend that extra third party warranty which i did not buy unfortunately. $740 gone for a TV that worked for three weeks. Hope everyone come good out of this lockdown situation.
