Great for Anxiety
I wasn’t convinced at first but you have to mess around with the settings. They’re comfortable for long wears with glasses. I wear them everyday at work and have not had any pain unlike with other headphones. Really good sound quality, just love them overall. Beware they scratch very easily I’ve had mine for 8 months and they’re all banged up from accidentally brushing them against things around my job.
