Don't waste your points!
I had such a high opinion of Sony mp3 players of the past. The ones they used to make were awesome, and I was a repeat buyer for many, many years. I read bad reviews about this, but I thought maybe people are just too picky or don't get the point, so I got it anyway because I had so much faith in their products. I made a HUGE mistake. Right from the beginning, this wouldn't register in my car, so I can't use it for the main purpose I wanted to, which was to listen to music in the car. I thought maybe it was just my car, so I tried it in a rental I had on a five-day road trip. STILL DIDN'T REGISTER. Luckily I brought a backup mp3 player that did work (and works in my car), but I basically wasted all of my points that took me a very long time to accrue on an mp3 player that doesn't work anywhere I try to use it. I could use headphones if I want to use it elsewhere, I guess, but the sound quality is AWFUL. Don't waste your money/points. Seriously, I'm not picky and hardly ever give bad reviews, but this is a total piece of junk, and I seriously regret getting it. I only wish I could return it, but it has probably been too long.
