Delete My Personal Information Request for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Information. 

Upon submission of your deletion request to Sony Rewards, you’ll be asked to confirm your request via an email verification process.  After receipt of your confirmation, we will notify you once your request has been processed. 

Note: By submitting this request you will no longer be a member of the Sony Rewards loyalty program, and will forfeit all points that you have earned and that are in your account.

If you are making this request on behalf of a California resident as an authorized agent, call us at 1-800-299-3485. You’ll be asked to submit appropriate documentation, including:

  • Written signed permission from the California consumer and verification of your identity; or
  • Power of Attorney (pursuant to the California Probate Code).
